Return Conditions
We want you to be fully satisfied when shopping from our online store. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you can return them, and we will refund the value of your order. According to Romanian legislation, in Article 4, paragraph b, Chapter 1, Ordinance No. 130 of August 31, 2000, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, it is stated: "The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product."

The return of products will be at the customer's expense, using the same transportation service used for shipping. www.obsidian.ro will refund the order value within a maximum of 30 days from the written termination of the contract.

The refunded amount and return conditions do not include transportation costs.
