HOW TO ORDER
After you have selected the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. You will notice that the selected product moves to the Shopping Cart at the top of the page.
Click on "Shopping Cart" and then on the "Buy" button.
From the "Purchase Options" menu, choose whether you want to register an account on our website or make a purchase without an account. We encourage you to create an account so that you can track your order history and take advantage of promotions and offers. Click "Continue."
Enter your personal information and billing details. If the billing and shipping addresses are the same, check the box. If the shipping address is different, enter the shipping details. Click "Continue."
Confirm the fast courier delivery fee:

Flat delivery fee of 15 lei – automatically selected for orders with a value less than 200 lei.
Free delivery for orders with a value greater than 200 lei – automatically selected.
Confirm the payment method:
Cash on delivery
Advance payment by bank transfer (this option is the only way to send a gift to a different address). If you have additional delivery information to add, you can do so here. Check the "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" box. Click "Continue."
Review your order and click the "Confirm Order" button.
After completing the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. An OBSIDIAN consultant will contact you by phone to confirm the order and contact details.

DELIVERY
FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER 200 LEI! – valid for major localities in Romania (main Fan Courier stations) where there is no additional kilometer fee.
For orders with a value less than 200 lei – EXPRESS COURIER – Fan Courier, available throughout the country with a few exceptions (villages and communes).
Shipping cost: 15 LEI

You can check the status of your order at any time! Just enter a code (which you will receive from us) and find out how far your package is from its destination.

If you want Saturday delivery, please specify this in the order comments.

If your location is outside the areas covered by the free courier service, the transport fee may be higher, depending on the distance to the nearest locality within the rapid courier network. You will receive additional information when confirming your order. You can check the courier service coverage area here.

All products are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.
However, if, for reasons beyond our control, you receive products in damaged or destroyed packaging, please report it to the courier at the time of receipt.

From the moment the order is confirmed, we will dispatch the package within a maximum of 48 hours, excluding weekends.

HOW TO PAY
Payment can be made in two ways:

Cash on delivery

The order is paid to the rapid courier company representative upon delivery of the package. Using this payment method, you cannot send a gift to another person.

Advance payment by bank transfer

This is the preferred payment method for customers with legal personality or individuals who want to order and send a gift to a different address. The bank transfer will be made according to the invoice received by email, with the original invoice included in the package. The order will be processed after we receive payment confirmation via email at comenzi@obsidian.ro.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you wish to return a product, we will refund the full amount paid for that product.

To do this, you must complete the product return form within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the products. According to Article 4, letter b of Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, the consumer has the right to notify obsidian.ro of their decision to withdraw from the purchase without penalties and without specifying a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product.

The return of products will be at the customer's expense, using the same transport service used for shipping. OBSIDIAN will refund the order amount within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving the product. Additionally, the refunded amount does not include the fees related to bank transfer or postal money order (if applicable).

Conditions for accepting product returns:

The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with attached labels, original packaging, and accompanying documents.
We do not accept jewelry with fallen stones or signs of wear and tear.
ATTENTION! Products with cash-on-delivery shipping fees will not be accepted for return.
